This section provides a large sample of Hadi's work for various newspapers, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal and The International Herald Tribune. Although the purpose of these illustrations has been to provide a visual complement to the articles for which they have been created, Hadi's approach has always been to consider them as artworks that are independent from the articles and can be viewed, understood and enjoyed on their own. This attitude, in turn, aims to add artistic value and visual coherence to artworks and ultimately to better reflect the integrity of the publication and its appreciation for its audience.
